If you have been following the market lately ethereum has been showing some sign of bullish nature even when Bitcoin was struggling around 47k what can we expect as ethereum finally reaches $4,000 is ethereum taking over the market from Bitcoin what are your opinions on the present cryptocurrency market condition?

Nope.

Bitcoin serves the purpose of being a store of value and that's that. ETH has other functionalities.

It's futile trying to just compare them on the basis of market cap. But I don't think that a flippening is going to happen any time soon - perhaps after eth2.0 comes out but even then the first mover advantage of bitcoin and its sheer adoption figures is still significant.
That I agree with you on, bitcoin is the real store of value but what about the other market possibilities that ethereum may have.
Ethereum can be the next real store of value, but people still prefer to use bitcoin than ethereum. The ethereum price is more volatile than bitcoin because ethereum follows behind bitcoin so when bitcoin is down like what we saw, ethereum and the other coin will just follow. Many altcoins follow to go down and it is waiting for bitcoin price increase again so the altcoin will also follow increase.
