I have again some issues, hope you can sort them out because support, well support will be support, they are not that responsive so I come here.
There is some money missing after some technical issues.
The problem is I just started to record this in the end, but I had this issue several times the past evening so I dont know how often the money is actually missing and I hope you can look into that?
It all starts when playing ezugi BJ, Im used that the balance doesnt always update perfectly, I mean most times when playing only one of the bets are subtracted from the balance, however when losing it automatically corrects this. But there is this issue when bets are refused, it gives a message that bets will be refunded, there are 2 instances, first the one where you are able to play the next round and then indeed the bets are refunded. However there is this other instance where you cant bet the next round, also when you close their lobby and try to get back in their lobby, you cant because authentication failed or something and then your bets are not refunded. Like I said this happened several times however I only have recorded this round.

So the situation is, round ID 268844461 I had a loss and a win, so overall a push, would mean I have 7000mBTC after the round, then I bet again 2x200mBTC so have 6600mBTC lef and 400mBTC in bets, but the round is canceled but my balance stays 6600mBTC.
I have also included the message that I get when trying to get back in their lobby.
After a few minutes it is no problem to get back in their lobby (so I guess there is some communication error between you and them, because other providers are still working).
Then I played a new round, I also included this one in the link.
So I start with 6600mBTC (which should be 7000mBTC normally) I bet 2 hands of 2x200 as you can see this is one of those bugs where it only looks like 1 bet is gone, but rest assured both are
, my balance says 6400mBTC, however you see after winning the complete round Im at 7000mBTC (6600 from the start, 400 from winning makes 7000 which is correct for that round, however the 400mBTC from the error I described above is still missing).
The problem is actually I now know this round Im missing money, but I have no clue about the other times that error happened so dont know the round ID and if there is actually also money missing in these rounds.

Then a second thing.
Because of this issue I didnt have that much intention to play much more until things are reviewed and hopefully refunded especially when being down a lot past few days so I asked for some withdrawals, but now I got the message that max withdrawal is 1500mBTC so I made several withdrawals, all approved, but its annoying to have to make these multiple withdrawals while I didnt need to do that in the past, is it possible to also change this?
