Actually I am not sure if you are likely to find something that will let you bypass transaction fees as it will be just unprofitable for developers if they don’t get any commissions. But if you are talking about automatic deduction of fees, I think you can just use Metamask where it displays how much you should pay. If you want your transaction to be a bit faster, just add a bit of gas, moreover, on Binance Smart Chain fees are very small.
