Hahaha, women's cricket matches are a lot of fun. Most matches are one-sided. Even the performance of the top 10 teams in the ICC rankings is not stable. The entire women's cricket world is ruled by Australia. Their performance is very stable. I don't remember the last time they lost a series.
Australia and England are very strong as far as women's game is considered, because the cricket boards (CA and ECB) have invested heavily in to the women's game. England has both the franchise T20 tournament at county level and Hundred trophy for women, while the Australians have BBL. On the other hand, the BCCI has refused to start WIPL, because they believe that it will have a negative impact on the popularity of the IPL. Under such a scenario, I guess Australia and England would continue to dominate the women's game.
