I must say I had seen enough when I saw how Ledger handled the consumer data leak. When a company works like that, what can you expect from the QC? I'm shocked but on the other hand not surprised.

Luckily Nano S doesn't have its own battery. I just don't like this new mess up (c) by Ledger.
Integrated batteries are not good for hardware wallets, but I like the idea of having standard batteries you could take out whenever you want and replace them with new ones, like Keystone and Passport are doing.
I agree, standard batteries are a much better and more long-term solution. No dying batteries in a few years (Li-Ion always goes bad sooner or later) and no fiddly connectors. I find it especially funny that Keystone (ex Cobo Vault, ex.. it was something else before Cobo, right? Why is it always changing brand?) removes AAA support in their 'Ultimate' edition.
