The increasing number of coins and tokens is making it a somewhat herculean task finding out the good ones, because the good ones are only few in number. In my own opinion I will go with the first two on your list, and that is BTC and ETH. Others I would add are NEAR, SOL and ALGO. All these are blockchain coins which means that as more projects launch as well as developing on it, the more they grow and thus being the perfect coins for long term investment. ETH started it and look at the price and value today, Sol Is already massive as well because of same reason, Algo seems not be slowing down as they keep going for partnerships and other ventures which will make them long term valuable. Yes I also update based in market conditions and growth but the first two that is BTC and ETH never changes in my list of top 5.
