Do you host this site or is it hosted for you? If you own it you can simply add in an tag with blockchain's QR creator. You can add in any data you want, I suggest making it a bitcoin URI instead of a plaintext address or a blockchain link because bitcoin URI's are handled better by most mobile wallets. For instance, would give you a nice QR for mobile wallets. I suggest using 100x100 pixels, anything smaller is kinda hard to read with a scanner. You can also add amount and label tags to suggest amounts and labels for people to add the address to your address book. PM me if you need help with this.
