Does anyone have experience buying from Pre-orders from re sellers?
I am looking at buying a pre order from

I have not used this website before, but akminer.com is owned by a trusted seller in the telegram community that goes by the name "Joyson Hu", their telegram is (@akminer). so it checks out as far as I am concerned, but of course, you trade at your own risk.
