There are a lot of people that chose not to be a day trader and the others who have tried day trading, stopped because of the reason of losing. In trading, we can quit and be back at any time in our will. My decision is to stop for the moment, be focused on holding. While holding, I'm thinking that maybe someday I'll be back and go full time trader. It doesn't have to be day trading but as long as I'll have gains weekly and that's good for me to sustain my needs, that's what I'm considering but that will in the far future.
pausing while trading is better than quitting. there is a benefit of pausing that we can analyze our mistakes when trading, and when we continue trading we can learn from past failures and can make a profit. because if the trade fails and we give up maybe we will forever lose and not get our profit
You don't have to quit for some time and get back anytime. So whether it be pausing or quitting, it's all on you. If you get exhausted then stop freely and go back to take yourself some relaxation. Learning is really the reason why we have to stop and take time to understand where we failed and take that lesson to ourselves in trading and even in investing. As you go through and grow up in trading, you'll see yourself grow and will become better in terms of decision making.
