I would say that it is a growing concern for bitcointalk. There are more and more brand new places that are taking the same path as well. Focusing on bitcointalk is only bringing people in exchange of also bringing negative feedback, and constantly at that.
Definitely, you could do promotions and chats and all that on bitcointalk to attract more people from here, while you have a lot more people thanks to that, you will also have a lot more people saying bad things about you. It is really not a good trade off for many places. Long story short it is a very difficult situation where companies are not sure what they should be doing.
On one hand it is nice to actually have a decent place do marketing, on the other hand there are way too many haters who start hating without even going to your casino at first, they are just born haters who gain attention by hating things.
I believe people are just disappointed that futuur team is not very active in promoting their site here.
They had a good start when they still had this sig campaign because people are quite active also.
