seems like every altcoin is not the right word. however, maybe every altcoin that is still being developed has the opportunity to have a high price. based on my experience, some altcoins even have prices that are far from their initial prices or even do not take care of after entering the market. such coins seem to have very little chance of pumping unless they are re-developed.
as far as I know, there is no specific web that can identify the price increase that will occur. however, I think there are some groups that speculate and predict which coins will go up. So far, I've only seen it in telegram groups, and Cointelegraph.
The main problem is that nowadays we have dozens, or even hundreds of altcoins for the same purpose. In such cases, there will be competition between them. The ones with good development and acceptance history will surge ahead, while the others will gradually become dead or dormant. Now it is quite a bit of task to find the ones which have the potential to grow. Th investor need to be careful, and regularly check for development news (not only the ones related to that project, but also those from the competing projects as well).
