Here is my new report of one very persistent cheater. Despite having many of his accounts banned, he keeps coming back with new ones.

Yes, this guy consistently creates new accounts to cheat in bounty campaigns and ban evading. He already has over 20 banned accounts, but I am afraid he will not give up anytime soon.
The search for "dhakadhak" on bpip.org reveals a long list of unused accounts waiting to be activated. Whenever one of those accounts get banned or tagged, he just replaces it with another one. It is as if he created an army of accounts in advance, and then activating them as necessary. Evil fee does not seem to have any effect in this case.
