A lot of things have reduced since the introduction of the merit system/over the past few years and it's quite interesting.

There were definitely a lot more threads created (especially spammy ones) back in the last bull run.

These figures are likely a knock on effect of the merit system and potential a larger/older community (some things are more moderated now than they used to be and a slight change in moderation policy has quite a big change for individuals).
