I'm glad to say a few word's because i myself made little changes in daily life and reduced a lot of weight. For reducing weight many factors matters if i say eating habits, your daily schedule, sleeping pattern and many more. Eating your meals on time doesn't mean you are healthy, eating right food with right amount of quantity makes you healthy and fit. Some little changes in your daily lifestyle can make huge difference such as stop eating white salt always prefer rock salt, stop using sugar better have jaggery for sweetness. Have green time twice a day, have fruits before 1 pm and include salas in your lunch and dinner. Your last meal of the day should be at 7pm and for cooking food use olive oil or mustard oil say no to saffola. Instead of white rice prefer brown rice, use multigrain Flour for chapatis and multigrain biscuits for snack. Everyday 45 minutes of brisk walking and 2 litres of water is must to keep yourself active and hydrated throughout the day. Every morning Have warm water with lemon and overnight soaked chia seeds and take warm water with 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar half an hour before lunch and Dinner. Just follow all these tips and within two months you can loose 6 to 8 kgs of weight.
