Is ther eanything that we can do to give this scam site a red card? Now its only yellow, but I want to take action to warn everybody by keep posting and give them a red card.
They may get a red card if you create a scam accusation on the correct format and then create type 3 flag and update that. If 3 or more people support your flag then they may get red notification. And they may get red flag for which every one would be able to see the cautions.
This user violated a written contract with me, resulting in damages.

My experience with 1xbit.
I saw that they have a huge offer for sportsbetting and decided to try them.
Deposit was easy and fast.
Played there for a while until one day I couldn't log in to my account.
Opened my email and contacted them about my issue.
They replied with their generic response that I violated their ToS and they are stopping doing any business with me.
Then they allowed me to log back in.
They voided all my winning bets and then told me to withdraw the rest of my funds from the account.
This is my honest review of this betting platform.
I will keep posting here to warn people. 1xbit scammed me for 550 mbtc.
1xbit refuse to solve the situation.
