I too claiming that there is no perfect time to invest on Bitcoins.
Whenever possible buy as much BTC as can. And now comparing the past two days , BTC is downs by 8-9%.
So if someone wants to get quick profit then just buy BTC asap.
Soon again BTC will cross the 50k usd mark due to the El Salvador legalisation.
