If you are providing software to a scam operator, firstly it does not reflect good about you. Secondly, I would suggest you remove their name from the topic title because promoting a scam is not appreciated at the forum if at all anywhere else.

That doesn't matter really. As long as you are using their name in your topic, you are indirectly promoting them.
After reading a few comments below, I see that you are able to put players in touch with them which looks good though. But personally, I would suggest you to avoid promoting them in any way unless they come back and solve their problems for real.
