I see Litecoin is the oldest surviving coin after Bitcoin. Maybe most of the others don't have a good volume. So I remain optimistic about Litecoin's condition even though the price movement is a bit late compared to other coins. The current Litecoin price has given the team optimism to continue to maintain the value of Litecoin on the exchange.
I'm pretty sure Litecoin will last a lifetime. Just like you said, Litecoin is one of the oldest surviving coins after Bitcoin. It's a tried-and-tested blockchain network with a solid foundation built upon it. Other altcoins are easily attacked because of their low network hashrate. But Litecoin hasn't seen any kind of interference since launch (as far as I'm aware).
The reason why Litecoin hasn't been soaring towards new heights is because of low market demand. Most people are focused on "De-Fi" and NFTs, so single-purpose blockchain networks (like Litecoin) are left behind in the dust. What matters is that Litecoin stays decentralized and censorship-resistant. Only this way, it'll be able to withstand governments' efforts against it. I wouldn't worry about Litecoin's price as long as the Blockchain is still alive. Just my thoughts
