You didn't cheated, do you? Don't play again or you will lose because of your greediness. I also ever had same problem like yours, i can't withdraw my money due to insuficient funds in hot wallet. Then i contacted admin and i got replied after 3 days. Mine was in other site, not bitvest anyway
of course I didn't cheat! I am a high roller and today just the lucky day, anyway I am at 2.5 btc now! going to stop until admin reply
