OP, why not set up a normal Bitcoin payment processor (for example, a BTCPay server) that collects all payments in one wallet, and then make payments to members from the backend, periodically, based on how many sales were made?
Yep, I think you're right. Maybe he want to make something like OnlyFans, just with crypto payments.
Agree that decentralised payment gateway like BTCPayServer is bet option for website with such content. Though, maybe centralised services can be an option too, I haven't checked do they allow adult websites.
Just don't use BitPay at any cost.
