Reply from ledger publicly admitting they have a problem, claiming that 5% of their devices have battery problem, but I suspect it's much more than that:
I think what they really meant to say was: "5% of the customers that received Nano Xs"
- In other words, those with multiple orders and replacements were counted as one [it's not a fact, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case]!

As many of you know from experience, approximately 5% of the Nano Xs sent since June 2021 have been received with battery issues.

As soon as the defect was noticed, we worked hard to identify the root causes and to find the best way to fix these on the production level. We were looking for sustainable resolutions and this has unfortunately involved changes that took many months to be implemented into the production lines.
This problem has existed for three and a half months and they decided to post an announcement just five days ago [SMH] and on top of that, it took them months to come up with a so-called "sustainable resolution" while we know how much it really takes to fix or prevent the issue in question!

We are pleased to announce that the new Nano X production line will be running in 3 weeks.
And yet customers aren't allowed to choose "which batch" their replacements come from!

Until this moment, all the devices that we have in stock will be intensively tested to ensure that we do not send you faulty devices.
Yeah right! So that's why some of the users have received "multiple" faulty replacement units Roll Eyes
- I wonder what would've happened if you didn't "intensively test" the units that you sent out!
