It's quite a deficult task, but when ever I want to avoid electronic before going to bed I quit all electrical devices 20 to 30 minutes before I go to bed, especially when cellphone is involve, it's more deficult task, but with the aid of reading a book, it's then easier to deal with before bedtime.
