Why and how does a node get "stuck"? Didn't know that could happen. Is that something you guys handle on your end at freebitco.in or is it a blockchain issue where all we can do is wait?
I can't give a definitive answer until wetsuit has fixed it and gets back to me but why does any computer stop working from time to time. The possibilities are endless but it could be out of memory, a hardware fault, power failure, internet connection gone down or just someone at the hosting facility pulled the wrong cable out.
