So we need:

You are able to understand someone else's code with comments on php, php-laravel, and also all front bunch html + css + js - vue.js;
node.js (optional);
you are able to make up a frontend by layout;
you are able to deal with mobile page making and web-apps;
you are self-organized and friendly.
