Not sure if anyone are still around or how this all saga worked out in the end, however I just received a message from cryptsysettlement.com that I can file for compensation.
I do not know how much and what coins I had with them but I still have all of my ADT somewhere in wallets in the hundreds of millions as I remember I could not get them swapped or traded due to issues with Cryptsy.

I am quite sure in todays' value if I were able to swap them at the time I wanted, I would be rich.

Would I be able to file for compensation?
