X data/byte is the feerate of a Bitcoin transaction. Sats are smaller units of a Bitcoin and bytes is the weight unit of a transaction.
5 SATs/byte means you pay 5 satoshis on every byte in a transaction you create.

VMB stands for virtual megabytes, it's related to the transaction weight above, only in this case it is virtual (using segwt) to allow for more size within a block and reduce fees.
