I don't think so. It's more likely an announcement of a new project, which should be posted on the
Altcoin Announcement board. @OP, post it in the main board of altcoin announcement if it has a own blockchain or in the token child board under that board if it's built on other blockchain.
I think you're right. The Project Development board is exclusively for Bitcoin related projects, as far as I understand. The OP mentioned that his project is altcoin based.
