Yep, the bolded part is a major red flag. as we all know ow rarely Lightning Network is used. I know bunch of people in real life that are into crypto and maybe 2-3 ever bothered to test LN, (talking about people that are into crypto for 4-5+ years, now some newbies) and now OP sets it up in his store and basically the same day 4 people used it to buy something. Pure bs, but as we can see people are happy to hear anything positive and not stop to think whether it makes sense or not.
