What scam happen by the mentioned user? Is the user scam any fund? You can see the reason of getting a negative tag. Always negative tag doesn't mean scam occurred. It may happen for various reason. Also, a scammer might be got scammed by someone else. In this case will you avoid that scam accusation as the person was also a scammer?In this case, the matter is completely clear.
