Where did you get this from and how does it have a higher "reputation", "no logs policy", and "level of anonymity" score than ChipMixer? 
This must be some joke website when they are rating this mixer better than well know service Chipmixer.I never heard about it and websites looks more like a cheap centralized swap exchange than a mixer because it has bunch of altcoins, and not explanation how exactly is Bitcoin mixed.
Few more thing I noticed is that clicking on CrypoSwapper logo you are redirected to Blender.io website, and at the review page bottom you can clearly see blurry Chipmixer logo
