the reason for your account closure is connection to other 1xBit accounts, and violations made by all these accounts (usually it's arbitrage, bonus abuse). Withdrawal sum combined from all accounts is bigger than the sum of your deposits, thus, refund is not required.

What would you like to be the reason for closing the account? It is obvious that these are violations of the rules, such as bonus abuse by claiming it on multi accounts or arbitrage.
From what I can see there have been three or four complaints in last weeks. I would like to ask you what do you think, what is the percentage (this four issues) of all those players who use the casino and betting at 1xBit at that time?
1xbit does not see any rescue to save their reputation and cases anymore, so they just write that all the people who complain are the same person.
