To be honest, apart from information on one of the review services and posts such as those in this thread on various forums, I have not found confirmation that both of these gambling services belong to the same owner. And 1xBit support claims that they have nothing to do with 1xBet.
I'm sure you saw my proof in their topic since you posted a few posts below it, but here, in case you missed it, I'll quote it again.
I'm still waiting for 1xbit_official to explain their true affiliation with 1xBET (1X Corp N.V.). The only explanation they've offered is that 1xBET gambling license does not include the 1xbit.com domain, which proves absolutely nothing.

Another thing is that I don't really see anything wrong in that 1xBit being owned by 1xBet, or vice versa.
Neither do I, except for the fact that 1XBET is banned in many countries.
But that's just another question that only 1xbit can answer.
