Elon Musk is not a person or team part of Dogecoin so he just does the work he likes to make himself richer without thinking about anything else that can benefit others, so basically he is innocent and also Dogecoin is not bad even though it's only a coin category a meme that doesn't have as many uses as the others.
Never use his conversation as a reference for trading and investment references because he is only joking and not suitable for analysis in crypto trading, from some of his tweets he only reads he still holds bitcoin and not dogecoin, it seems he just popularized memes of coins he likes and he never admits to holding number of meme coins in his wallet.
