Proof of what? This user posted that he created a new account on the Bitcointalk forum, what has this to do with multiple accounts on 1xbit?
He wrote that he created a new account, after he could not login anymore.
I also can not find any evidence that he is a scammer, he was trolling a bit with 2 bookmakers, but that has nothing to do with the term "Scammer"

What more interesting is, 1xbit_official claims that this user violated the ToS, by using multiple accounts. And that is only possible with arbitrage betting or cheating with the bonus.
@1xbit_official: What was the exact reason from his multiple accounts? And what is your proof about the multiple accounts, are you willing to follow an mediator to show the login from these users? Then the evidence should be very easy.
So far you only refuse to provide any proof. You can not state that players have multiple accounts, with any kind of explanation.

Do you see that my account is not blocked, and that they made my matches a void, and did not give me my won regular matches? They make up stories, that I knew the result, that the match was played the day before, but that is a big lie, and my matches are played live and this is proved by my pictures that were taken at the time of my bets.
