I still wonder why @Balthazar keeps the negative feedback on, even after BestChange came out and gave an update on how the issue is being resolved. I think it's unfair and kills the spirit of transparency and honesty by the service providers

Currently, all the victims who have contacted us and provided proof that they indeed did send funds to Bithub, have been returned their funds.
If this is so, then case should already be closed, unless there are still victims out there who have yet to reach out. In any case, I guess it would be unfair to say that BestChange is not "trying to resolve anything" and that it is refusing to cooperate.
Having said this, I don't think the accusation still stands until now unless, of course, if somebody steps forward claiming otherwise.
All victims of the Bithub hack are requested to contact us via email at support@bestchange.com.
I don't really have all the details pertaining to this particular case but isn't it that BestChange is just a site providing a list of exchanges and their corresponding exchange rates? As such, is BestChange, therefore, responsible for a particular exchange getting hacked? Is BestChange even culpable for the loss of the exchange's users when as soon as the information was relayed that the exchange was compromised, BestChange has immediately suspended its listing?
