Sometimes I need to transfer btc to bank account/card, payment system account etc, it is impossible doing without exchangers like i mean. Crypto may have decentralized exchangers, but BTC to PayPal, BTC to bank, bank to BTC etc can't be decentralizeddecentralized = your keys, your coins...
