just because you dont understand fact, common sense doesnt mean other people dont.

its plain and clear to smart people that the grants to wuhan were not for experiments to be performed in wuhan
the money was given for samples and supplies to be sent to america. for america to do stuff.
its also clear if you do research, that what they done in america was actually a LOSS of function test

basically what they do is put virus under cold temperatures and collect the viral pathogens that still replicate at cold temperatures. then repeat the process by decreasing temperatures at each stage.
knowing the end result that does replicate at freezing temperature does not then like or replicate at normal temperatures.
this is how other viruses that lack replication are done. you know the other vaccines that use a viral vector as the base of a vaccine.
