All explorers can be anti-privacy unless they are self-hosted, open source like mempool.space and btc-rpc-explorer, so maybe you should add those new categories for updated rating of explorers.
Running explorer on Tor is better than clearnet but Chainalysis and government are also on Tor so you can't really hide there.
