Altcoins has a chance to rise but it depends on the kinds of altcoins, look at the vulcanforge/pyr its price now is almost 7$ from the very low price it rise up high because gaming platforms is now most trend so many investors are attracted with this coin. Attraction is more important it is the cause of hype and panic buying which result to the supersonic rise of some altcoin price.

IMO, every altcoin has an opportunity, but with the "condition" the project must continue to be developed based on the roadmap, and the whitepaper that the team has made. unfortunately, projects that are released or thrown away by the team will not have the opportunity to grow and have a high price again. yeah, that's reality. however, still believing in altcoins that are still being developed, even if the price drops, that is a different matter. The altcoin still has a chance to have a high price.
