I don't really know what you meant by ICO projects but base on my own thoughts and how I feel about the crypto market, I think investing in Bitcoin will be the best and Bitcoin is the most volatile coin which is more better than altcoins projects including the new projects that are flooding the crypto market with fake and scam projects that will soon crash.
