It is the truth, they are simply avoiding engaging with victims and are trying to answer the questions they want and then ignore the others.
I hope we can all work together as a community to minimise the impact the 1xbit scammers will have by trapping fewer victims.
The 1xbit forum representative has deliberately chosen to ignore valid points raised by victims of their scam and has chosen to answer questions they pick and choose.
Everybody is advised to avoid 1xbit. If you deposit funds or win on their 1xbit scam website you stand a high probability of becoming another in a long line of victims. Beware.
