Strangly, I do see the effect of the rules here, or it's not that strange to see them, just watch...
But the effect is quite ... intresting
It's suppose to be tideus to wait, so spam et al don't want to join and hack,
yet some (as I did initially) don't get the thing about this rules .... Way to go I Say
