They use the average bitcoin price from Coinbase and Binance. You can see this information in their FAQ. I haven't checked the price in Coinbase but I observed it on Binance and noticed that their displayed price always remains $15-$20 higher than Binance price chart. This is like a trading game. Based on the leverage, a bet will stay active for 5 minutes to 1 hour. But you can cash out your bet before the expiration time.
