A fall is an opportunity that not everyone can grasp, and there are many timid people who sell their coins when prices fall. If you are afraid, you can look at the market to make a plan.
Not everyone will have that strong courage to HODL their coin once there is a drop/dip and I think almost everyone is thinking that Bitcoin will be the same as the price moved in 2017 and I can't blame them for that since the market is not that safe especially if there are manipulator. But they should have at least a common sense to look at the chart than to follow what their emotion tells.
I've heard this so many times asking if it's too late to buy and the answer will always be the same that its never too late to buy as long as you know the risk and how well do you manage to make your profit. The market is volatile but if you can manage to make a profit out of it then you will be fine no matter what's the market situation.
