I don't know but the thing is if you sometimes get 1 more Sat than you should do you really want me to ask wetsuit to fix it?
As I already said in previous post that I'm not complaining. It would be just stupid to complaing about getting 1 Satoshi more or less. I just asked out of curiosity why such thing happens.
