Chinese aren't included
Rikafip explained the reason for that several times. During most months, more posts get deleted in the Chinese board than new ones are written. That results in a negative post count at the end. Looking at previous months, the last (and maybe only time) it was included was in
March 2021. It would look silly to have look at the charts and see a local community who has written -27 posts, for example.
shows that a total of 40 posts were made in the Chinese local board during August 2021. I am not sure how many of the posts have since been deleted.
Most of the posts are updates on ANN topics, and I don't think there is much real discussion there.
