For people who dont have much, this is a good offer already because they will get something in return. Thus, the idea of having a chance to win in lottery can really encourage the citizen to get vaccinated. We know some people are still hesitant to get themselves vaccinated because of their worries on side effects that might occur and the fear of how safe it is. But the government of Romania is doing what they can to encourage their citizen. This is the answer to change their mind and comply because its for their own safety while having an incentives for doing it. I think if our country will do the same, many people might bite the offer, but I doubt they will come up with this kind of idea.
