And how do you know the result isn't rigged? People who resist vaccine don't trust the government, and they won't trust the result is going to be fair.

Afaik the raffle is held by the national lottery and many trust it's not rigged.
But.. I'm not part of that group
That's why I said that the 100 RON vouchers are more helpful for the actual people. The lottery is just a bonus; it has the potential to help as publicity though, but, again, they could have hired some public figures for that much cheaper.
