And how do you know the result isn't rigged? People who resist vaccine don't trust the government, and they won't trust the result is going to be fair.

going to all citizens door to door and then requiring them to be vaccinated i think it's much more effective than pulling them with the lottery. here we are not allowed to go to hospitals, travel or come to government offices if we are not vaccinated and show a vaccine card, that is enough to make us all want to be vaccinated.I just hope that the government won't get butthurt by how little this lottery affects people's decision, and then start door-to-door forced vaccination.
