And than why you didn't banned this User who gave me first merit?
How noble of you. Instead of trying to provide a reason why you think you should be unbanned, you are pleading that others should be banned as well.
One problematic situation I can see is someone registering for a campaign using your details, address or social media profiles, which is many times used as proof of connection, this would be a sticky situation to get out of.
That depends. Let's say you are a bounty hunter and I want to frame you for being an alt of a banned user. Spreadsheets are public, so I can easily find your social media profile in a campaign you previously participated in. I use that information to sign up for a bounty. Although that is used as sufficient proof of connection, it really shouldn't.
You need to make sure that the supposed social media account posted on Facebook/Twitter and submitted those posts as reports in that particular campaign. That is the real proof. Everything else isn't sufficient. If a Bitcointalk member used a social media account of a banned user to make posts, that is proof it's his account or he hacked it and gained access to it.
If a Bitcointalk alt applied in a bounty campaign with a social media account of a previously banned member, but didn't make any posts from that social media account, that shouldn't be enough to connect those accounts.
Sir, I tried to understand some parts of your post but couldn't, especially the area I bolded. If you can throw more light in that particular area, I'll appreciate.
